Meet Lucy and Chris

We are Lucy and Chris, the faces behind Wet Paper Towel Training. Between us, we have spent years working in primary schools, nurseries, and sport, and one thing has always stood out. People often doubt themselves when it comes to first aid. We have both seen those moments when a simple bump turns into panic, or when someone hesitates because they are unsure what to do.

That is what inspired us to build something different.

Where It All Began

Our journey started in education and sport, surrounded by children full of energy and staff doing their very best every day. Over time, we realised that while everyone wanted to help, many simply did not feel confident enough. First aid was often seen as a tick box task, or worse, something people only learned because they had to.

We wanted to change that.

We decided to create training that feels real, approachable, and full of purpose. Every person who walks into our sessions leaves feeling genuinely confident to step forward when it counts.

What We Are About

We do not just run courses. We build confidence, we make learning enjoyable, and we connect with people. Every session is personal, practical, and filled with real life scenarios that make sense in your world, whether that is a classroom, sports hall, office, or home.

Our focus stays small and intentional. We do not try to deliver everything because we would rather be outstanding at the few courses we truly care about. That focus is what makes our approach different and why our learners walk away not only qualified but ready.

For us, this is not just a business. It is a way to help people feel prepared for whatever life brings. We have seen how confidence in first aid can change the way a team, a school, or a community reacts in a crisis. That is what drives us. Knowing that what we teach could one day make a real difference.
